Operating Hours and Prices: These are displayed at the registration desk and on our website at www.bambinocity.co.uk.
Age Restrictions: The Play Centre is designed for children aged 0-5. Children over 5 are allowed in the café or party area but not in the play area.
Registration: Visitors must register and pay before using services.
Adult Supervision: Children must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult. No child can be left unattended at the Play Centre.
BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY RULES
CCTV: The Play Centre operates CCTV. Please see our CCTV policy at www.bambinocity.co.uk.
Supervision: Responsible Adults must always supervise their children and ensure they follow the rules. All risks and liabilities are assumed by the Responsible Adult.
Personal Items: Large bags, prams, and coats must be left in the designated storage area. The Operator is not responsible for lost items.
Footwear: All visitors must remove shoes and wear clean socks. Children should wear comfortable clothing without cords or necklaces.
Bag Checks: Staff have the right to inspect bags brought into the Play Centre.
Cleanliness: Visitors must maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Admission: Staff can deny entry if a visitor does not follow the rules or poses a safety risk. Admission will be denied if a person is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
Prohibited Items and Behaviour:
No outside food/drinks (unless booked for a private party).
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
No animals, weapons, or dangerous items.
No electrical equipment.
No running, pushing, fighting, or inappropriate behaviour.
Eating Areas: Food and drinks are only allowed in the café or party areas. No food or drinks in the soft play area.
Photos and Videos: You may take photos/videos of your own children for personal use. No photos/videos of other children or commercial photography is allowed.
REFUNDS POLICY
General Admission Tickets:
Refunds are not offered for general admission tickets.
You may reschedule your booking to another available date at no extra cost, but only once. To be eligible for rescheduling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your original booking.
Birthday Party Bookings:
The £150 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
For cancellations, the remaining balance will be refunded upon receiving an email confirmation of the cancellation.
