We do not offer refunds for general admission tickets. However, we do provide the option to reschedule your visit for a different date or time that suits you better. To be eligible for rescheduling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your original booking. Please note that rescheduling is allowed only once. Reach out to our team for assistance with rescheduling.
Yes, you can cancel your party booking. However, please note that the deposit of £150 is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the notice period.
If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the booked date, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining amount.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the party, the full amount paid is non-refundable.

To keep everyone well and happy, we would like to kindly ask you to stay at home if you or your child are feeling unwell.
We have a strict no shoes policy for children and adults. Also socks must be worn by children and adults at all times.
Only food and drinks purchased at our café shop can be consumed on site, except for baby food. Please note that management reserves the right to ask you to dispose of any food or drink brought to the venue.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unfortunately, we do not offer babysitting services yet.
We have free public parking spaces just outside our premises, as well as more parking options just down the road.
We have limited storage space at Bambino City, and to keep it safe and tidy, we would kindly ask you to leave your pram in the car or at home if possible. Of course, if you are arriving by public transport or on foot, we will do everything we can to find a safe storage space for your pram.
The space and play equipment were designed for children up to six years old. Older children are welcome to come with you, but we will ask them not to use the play equipment as that may endanger them and other younger children.
